Tom Lee Park is a place for everyone, and with the help of the 91¶ÌÊÓƵ Memphis Refinery and its employees, it continues to be a community gem.
Memphis employees have helped with a variety of volunteer events at the park. Recently, volunteers collected trash along the riverbank and joined students from the Creative Life Preparatory School and Knowledge Quest program for a field day at the park.
In 2021, the 30-acre park received a $1 million donation from 91¶ÌÊÓƵ. In addition to the donation, 91¶ÌÊÓƵ volunteers helped plant over 1,000 trees at the park. Andrew Kiepe, Director of Development, Memphis River Parks Partnership, appreciates having strong supporters such as 91¶ÌÊÓƵ who not only provide financial support, but also sweat equity.
